Job summary
A financial services company in Dubai is seeking a motivated sales representative to handle outbound calls to customers, identify needs, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has a strong communication skill set, is persuasive, and can effectively manage customer interactions. Experience in a telesales or call center environment is preferred, along with basic CRM familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Present, promote, and explain products or services clearly and effectively.
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right solutions.
- Overcome objections and negotiate to close sales.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow call scripts and comply with call center policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Report feedback, issues, and trends to the sales manager.
