Job Title: HR Recruiter

• Designing and uploading job descriptions on various job portals.
• Sourcing suitable candidates and conducting interviews both online and offline.
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and sending bulk emails through job portals.
• Scheduling online and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Negotiating salaries.
• Conducting reference checks.
• Managing employee orientation, development, and training.
• Providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
• Participating in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company needs.
• Preparing paperwork, scheduling, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process in coordination with cross-functional departments.
• Developing and documenting HR policies.

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling various job portals.
• Graduate qualification required.
• This position is open only to female candidates.
