A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer specialized in fit-out and flooring projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has 3–4 years of UAE experience in technical sales, preferably in fit-out works. Responsibilities include managing sales opportunities, client relations, and project coordination. The role offers a competitive salary of AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month, plus attractive performance-based commissions, and opportunities for growth within a stable company.

We are looking for a driven Technical Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in construction-related sales. The role focuses on generating and closing fit-out and flooring projects, while also supporting basic operational coordination when required to ensure smooth project delivery.
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities related to fit-out and flooring works
Meet clients, understand technical and commercial requirements, and propose suitable solutions
Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders
Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical and project teams
Assist the operations / project team from time to time with basic coordination, site follow-ups, and client communication
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline)
3–4 years of UAE experience in technical sales
Proven background in fit-out works (mandatory)
Flooring industry experience is a strong advantage
Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
UAE driving license is preferred
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month, based on experience
Commission: Attractive, performance-based sales commission
