As a Technical Lead Engineer/Manager, the employee needs to work within an engagement team and be responsible for technical documents preparation, identifying customer/project requirements, requirements management, training, defining support procedures, and supporting post-sales activities.

The job holder will collaborate & support the Operations team in technical and professional services.

• Take the lead on Engineering part of Project, support the Operations team to implement comprehensive solutions, and provide support in post-sales activities related to Data networks, Wi-Fi, & Security services.

• Provide solution functional expertise to ensure proper implementation of a proposed design
• Install, configure and Troubleshoot the Data networks, Wi-Fi Networks, and security devices
• Generate Wi-Fi active heatmaps for final handover
• Creating Schematics and topology maps for the final handover

• Follow the internal field service mechanism
• Weekly report on all active projects
• Weekly information on all open & closed service tickets
• Follow the proper escalation matrix
• Conduct the lesson-learned session with the team

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Bachelor / Engineering degree in IT/ CS / Electronics / Telecom or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in Design, Implementation, and Support for all ELV Systems.

• ELV System Brand Certification

• Experience in designing all ELV systems, ICT, AV and BMS
• Initiate Kick off meeting with Presales and Project manager for smooth taking over of the project from Presales
• Assisting PM for all technical site meetings
• Preparing technical documents for ELV, AV & ICT & BMS such as, Method Of Statements
• Preparation of required system demanding calculations such as Bandwidth Calc:, storage calculation:, Heat map, preparation of LLD, HLD
• O&M Manual
• Supporting PM for all technical aspects of a project
• Managing drafting team- (AutoCAD) to make sure timely submission of drawings
• Assisting procurement for any additional documents for getting LPO done
• Good knowledge in Structured cabling technicalities, Security system
• Software-Defined Networks: Knowledge of solutions from Cisco is mandatory. Understanding of solutions from other manufacturers is recommended
• Wired & Wireless and Cloud-based Networks solutions: Cisco, Aruba, Dell, Alcatel, Ruckus
• Security Solutions: Should be well-versed with security solutions mapping all in PCI-DSS domains
• Good knowledge of Voice & IP Telephony, Wireless, Security, SD-WAN, Virtualization & Network Management Software
• Must have complete network lifecycle experience, including requirements gathering, solution mapping, testing, documentation, configuration, and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Implementation of a multilayer security solution
• Implementation of tiered network architecture / Campus networks
• An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers professionally are required
