We are seeking a highly capable and driven Project Development Manager to lead the full lifecycle of strategic projects from concept to execution. This includes feasibility assessment, permitting, land acquisition, stakeholder management, and coordination with technical, legal, and financial teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of taking projects from idea stage to financial close or construction kickoff, with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills in the UAE/GCC context. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, assess, and prioritize new project opportunities aligned with corporate strategy. • Conduct feasibility studies (technical, financial, regulatory). • Prepare concept papers, business cases, and investment proposals. • Manage project development plans, timelines, and risk registers. • Oversee permitting, land acquisition, and coordination with regulatory bodies. • Engage with government authorities, consultants, and investors. • Support project structuring, including JV agreements, term sheets, and contracts. • Manage internal teams and external consultants. • Report regularly on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business. • Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or Project Management) is preferred. • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. • 5–10 years of project development experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors. • Proven experience managing permitting, stakeholder engagement, and early-stage development. • Strong understanding of project finance principles. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). • Willingness to travel as needed.
