Location: UAE
Experience: 1–2 Years (UAE experience mandatory)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
- Engage with SMEs and enterprise clients to understand business challenges
- Present and position Odoo ERP modules aligned to client requirements
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Coordinate with pre‑sales and implementation teams for demos and proposals
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline and forecast data
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- 1–2 years of business development or ERP sales experience
- Mandatory UAE market experience
- Hands‑on exposure to Odoo ERP sales
- Good understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, HRMS, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable with consultative selling
- Direct exposure to end‑to‑end Odoo ERP implementations
