Alhodood Technologies is a fast-growing ERP and digital transformation firm delivering Odoo ERP solutions across multiple industries in the UAE. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven Odoo ERP sales experience and strong knowledge of the UAE market.

Location: UAE

Experience: 1–2 Years (UAE experience mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
  • Engage with SMEs and enterprise clients to understand business challenges
  • Present and position Odoo ERP modules aligned to client requirements
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Coordinate with pre‑sales and implementation teams for demos and proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline and forecast data
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of business development or ERP sales experience
  • Mandatory UAE market experience
  • Hands‑on exposure to Odoo ERP sales
  • Good understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, HRMS, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable with consultative selling
