Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and control company documents and records
Handle incoming/outgoing documentation securely and accurately
Monitor and reconcile daily cash flow and transactions
Prepare and submit cash and sales reports
Ensure proper documentation of financial and operational records
Coordinate with departments for timely document submission and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of cash handling and document management
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software
Excellent organizational and communication skills
