• Supervise and support cashier staff
• Handle daily cash transactions and balance registers
• Train new cashiers and ensure smooth operations
• Solve customer issues related to payments or billing
• Prepare daily cash reports and submit to management
• Make sure all cashier procedures follow company policies

• Previous cashier or retail experience (preferred in a senior role)
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge
• Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
