Zusammenfassung
A leading pharmaceutical company in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Team Leader for the OSD plant. The successful candidate will oversee production activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards while managing cross-functional teams to achieve production targets. Ideal candidates should have 6-10 years of experience in OSD manufacturing, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role, along with a relevant educational background. The role will require strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifikationen
- 6-10 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Aufgaben
- Supervise and manage the OSD production process.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize output.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth material availability.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and other regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor production staff.
