Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring efficient and seamless service.
  • Supervise all aspects of food and beverage operations within a designated area, including dining rooms, bars, and lounges.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage items, minimizing waste and maximizing cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring adherence to the hotels service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Food and Beverage Team Leader in a high-volume, fine dining environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols.
