Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the OSD production process.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize output.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth material availability.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and other regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor production staff.
