Job summary
A real estate company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor focused on UAE real estate law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of legal experience, with strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations. Responsibilities include providing legal guidance on property transactions, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Language skills in Arabic and English are preferred, and relevant legal qualifications are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in UAE Real Estate Law.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
- Arabic language proficiency preferred.

- Assist in ensuring compliance with local laws.

Education
We are a Real Estate company in Dubai. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join our team.
- Should have knowledge of RDC, Dubai Courts, DIAC & prosecution.
- Provide legal guidance on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects in the UAE.
- Draft, review, and revise real estate agreements including lease contracts, MOUs, service agreements, and NDAs.
- Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Advise internal teams on real estate regulations, land use, zoning laws, and property licensing in Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to support business goals and ensure compliance.
- Assist in overseeing legal and regulatory compliance, including audits, training, and internal controls.
- Represent the company in negotiations, legal proceedings and dispute resolution processes.
- Monitor and communicate updates in UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and other relevant legal developments.
- Contribute to the drafting of internal policies, checklists, and documentation to ensure legal consistency and compliance.
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience, with mandatory experience in UAE Real Estate Law.
- Strong working knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations (required).
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred (spoken and written).
- Fluent in English.
- Relevant legal qualifications and certifications.
