We are partnering with a large global retailer who is seeking a Brand Manager to drive sales growth, profitability and brand excellence. The role requires strong commercial acumen, vendor/landlord negotiations, P&L ownership and proven experience in sales planning, merchandising and marketing.
- Deliver top-line & bottom-line performance through effective business planning.
- Negotiate with vendors & landlords to secure agreements and optimize margins.
- Oversee store operations, sales forecasting, merchandising and marketing execution.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards VM and customer experience excellence.
- Manage inventory, pricing and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train and develop a team while driving performance against KPIs.
- 3-5 years of work experience in retail/business management.
- Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end business plans.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Hands‑on expertise in P&L ownership and sales forecasting.
- Experience in marketing, branding and promotional strategies.
