Job summary
A leading management company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to coordinate school bus transportation. This role involves managing the fleet, route planning, allocating trips, and ensuring effective communication with parents. The ideal candidate has proven administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel, along with a valid UAE driving license. Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
- Hold a valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities
- Manage the maximum use of the available fleet.
- Organize route plans as per requirements.
- Allocate trips and schedule drivers.
- Arrange substitutions as and when required.
- Collaborate with the School Administrative team on operational tasks.
- Manage effective communication and address parental grievances.
