Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced technician for the installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems in Dubai. Applicants should possess 5 to 6 years of relevant experience and hold a Diploma or ITI certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning. Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems and equipment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with cold rooms and a strong understanding of system principles.

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Cold Rooms/Refrigeration Plant Projects Installation & Commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Refrigeration Systems and Equipment.
• Installation of Refrigeration System Controls and Valves.
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning of Refrigeration Plant.
• Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of Refrigeration System.
• Overhauling of Compressors and Servicing of Refrigeration Controls.

Skills

Hands on experience in installation of Cold Rooms

Knowledge of Refrigeration System working principle

Understanding of P&I Diagrams and Layout Drawings

Copper Pipes Brazing experience

Electrical knowledge of Single Line Diagram and Control Wiring

Education

Diploma or ITI certification in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning

Job Duties

• Installation of Refrigeration Systems and Equipment such as Compressors, Condensers, Receivers and Evaporators etc.
• Installation of Refrigeration System Controls & Valves, Pipes & Fittings etc.
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning of Refrigeration Plant
• Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Refrigeration System
• Overhauling of Compressors and Servicing of Refrigeration Controls & Valves

Skills

• Hands on experience in installation of Cold Rooms & Commissioning
• Should have the knowledge of Refrigeration System working principle
• Should have the knowledge to understand P&I Diagrams, Layout Drawings etc.
• Should have Copper Pipes Brazing experience.
• Electrical knowledge of Single Line Diagram and Control Wiring is added advantage

Experience

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Cold Rooms / Refrigeration Plant Projects Installation & Commissioning.

Education

• Should have passed Diploma or ITI certification in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning
• Well-experienced technicians without ITI and with Matric Education also be considered.
