Job summary
A leading e-commerce firm in Sharjah is looking for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to enhance marketplace sales on Amazon and Noon. This hands-on role covers various responsibilities including managing day-to-day operations in Amazon Seller Central, optimizing product listings, and executing PPC campaigns. The specialist will ensure compliance and maintain stock levels to maximize sales performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in order management and Amazon marketplace operations.

We are looking for a hands-on Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our marketplace sales (Amazon + Noon). This is an execution role with clear KPIs, not a coordination or theoretical position. The role focuses on listing accuracy, order fulfillment flow, stock health, advertising performance, and reconciliation.
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central (and Noon if applicable)
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullets, images, keywords)
- Monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts of fast movers, and coordinate replenishment
- Handle orders, returns, customer cases, and performance metrics
- Execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (basic to intermediate level)
- Track sales, fees, ads spend, and raise discrepancies for reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse / fulfillment team to ensure same-day or next-day dispatch
- Maintain marketplace compliance (account health, policy adherence)
