The Operations Manager (E-Commerce) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and customer service. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless online shopping experiences, efficient supply chain operations, and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in e-commerce operations, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement. This role requires leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with vendors, warehouses, and technology partners to streamline operations and drive business growth.

1. Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
2. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and warehouse operations to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
3. Collaborate with logistics partners and courier services to optimize shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Implement strategies to enhance customer service and improve order accuracy and delivery timelines.
5. Analyze key performance metrics such as order volume, fulfillment speed, and return rates to drive continuous improvements.
6. Coordinate with IT teams to maintain and enhance the e-commerce platform's functionality and user experience.
7. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
8. Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, payment security, and data protection laws.
9. Work closely with marketing teams to support online promotions, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns.
10. Manage and lead the operations team, setting performance goals and providing training to enhance productivity.

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, e-commerce, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and warehouse management systems.
4. Experience in managing relationships with third-party logistics providers and courier services.
5. Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce tools.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines.
10. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
