Job Responsibility:

1. Conduct accurate valuations for commercial properties, including office spaces, retail units, and industrial assets.
2. Prepare detailed valuation reports in compliance with RICS and industry standards.
3. Analyze market trends, rental values, and property investment potential.
4. Work closely with clients to understand their commercial property valuation requirements.
5. Collaborate with financial institutions and corporate clients for loan security and asset valuation.
6. Ensure all valuation assessments meet regulatory and professional standards.
7. Assist in business development efforts by identifying opportunities for valuation services.
8. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to client advisory strategies.

Educational Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of the commercial property market.
3. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
