Job Description
- Strong knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Finance modules, including implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with retail applications, POS (point-of-sale) systems, and related hardware/software.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for retail stores and warehouse operations related to ERP.
- Work with other functional teams to enhance product delivery, analyze root cause, and implement fixes.
- Implement, support, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, and implement and customize various workflows for automation.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, create knowledge base articles, and support testing environments.
- Perform system upgrade, unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing of the enhancements and changes required for production deployment.
- Understand and configure the security model (Roles, Permissions, Business Units) as per business requirements.
- Provide professional communication and training to users on product usage and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of business operations, and experience configuring, deploying, maintaining, and using MS Dynamics 365 including MPOS and CSU.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and familiarity with SQL troubleshooting.
- Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of POS peripherals that include printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, and Store Commerce.
- Understanding of retail business processes, including inventory management, architecture, workflows, dashboards, business process flows, and security models.
- Should possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and highly organized skills, able to effectively multi-task, judge priorities, and drive work to timely completion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and customizations.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are highly preferred to validate expertise.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills to address complex client challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project management and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, showcasing flexibility in dynamic environments.
