Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent sales and client relationship skills. You will be responsible for promoting our inspection and training services, identifying business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the inspection and safety training sectors.
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, presentations, and consultations.
  3. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on our services.
  4. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining services to clients.
  5. Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals efficiently.
  6. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
  7. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote brand awareness.
  8. Maintain a solid understanding of industry regulations, standards, and competitor activity.
  9. Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing, and client needs.
  10. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in inspection, training, or consultancy services.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Knowledge of safety standards, inspection protocols, or training certifications is a plus.
