Job Description

1. Manage cloud environments in compliance with the organization's security policies.
2. Manage Resource Groups.
3. Manage role-based access control.
4. Deploy and manage virtual systems (Create and Configure VMs for Windows & Linux).
5. Implement backup (disaster recovery and configure Management tasks as per the organizational needs).
6. Configure and manage Virtual Networks & Storage.
7. Utilize Automation technology possibilities, Monitor and Troubleshooting.
8. Aware about the IT security Policy, Concerns, and Implementations.
9. Management and leadership skills.
10. Ability to work in global environments with teams spread globally.
11. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
12. Highly organized and detail oriented.
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. 3+ years of relevant experience.
3. Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services.
4. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
5. Develop & evolve vision, strategy, and tactics for design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud and on-premises solutions.
6. Experience with computer networks, network administration, network configuration and network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN & WIFI).
7. Proficient in Computer hardware, Network & Server troubleshooting.
8. Experience to Manage IT- Inventory.
9. Proficient in maintaining and managing all existing IT infrastructure including hardware, Office 365, OS Windows, Linux, DNS, Firewall implementation etc.
