- A strong work ethic and a customer‑service‑oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish are a plus)
- Punctual, well‑presented and honest demeanor
- Valid driving license
- Own visa preferred
- Valid broker card
