We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our brand HUB Parking in our location FAAC Middle East, Dubai. The position is a 6 months fixed term contract.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Business Development – Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sector projects.
  • Drive sales of Hub Parking Solutions, ensuring solutions align with customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, integrators, contractors, consultants, and end clients.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations, technical consultations, and live demonstrations.
  • Market Analysis – Monitor market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to guide strategy.
  • Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Sales Operations – Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Work closely with technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Reporting & Planning – Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Regional Travel – Travel extensively across the Middle East to meet customers, attend trade shows, and oversee project delivery.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • B2B sales experience, ideally in pedestrian access control systems, gates, or related technologies.
  • Proven track record managing regional sales operations across the Middle East.
