The role involves driving new business and maintaining relationships with clients in the insurance and software sectors. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in a B2B environment and a valid UAE driving license. Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software or IT solution sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the software industry, selling ERP solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.

Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Specialist to join our team at New Technology System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales with a proven track record in the Software industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with clients across C-level and functional stakeholders. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition and manage the complete sales cycle for software solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance/software companies, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) in the Middle East.
  • Understand client business needs and map them to product capabilities and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to develop solution proposals, demos, and presentations.
  • Represent New Technology System at industry events, client meetings, and solution workshops.
  • Prepare and execute account plans, sales strategies, and revenue forecasts.
Required Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in the software industry, selling ERP solutions.
