  • Develop strategies to increase property value for sellers

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience ideally within the real estate industry
  • Quick decision‑making skills, strong negotiation tactics and exceptional interpersonal abilities
  • A strong work ethic and a customer‑service‑oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish are a plus)
  • Punctual, well‑presented and honest demeanor
  • Valid driving license
  • Own visa preferred
  • Valid broker card
