- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and create growth strategies across multiple geographies.
- Build and nurture a robust network of local and international real estate brokers and agencies.
- Conduct negotiations and close sales with professionalism, transparency, and integrity.
- Manage and update client data accurately using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Stay informed on local property trends, pricing, and buyer behaviours to guide customers effectively.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company standards, policies, and UAE regulations.
