Job description

Purpose: To establish an efficient sales process fostering better customer service and increased sales revenue with the large supermarket channels for the organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide suggestions & support that enhance sales team performance leading to higher profits and increased market share.
  2. Resolve customer complaints; follow process to ensure complaints are addressed professionally.
  3. Visit the market regularly to ensure sales target achievements and customer satisfaction.
  4. Address issues related to stock count update, non-adherence to report submission as per client requirements, ensure all necessary guidelines are followed by team members.
  5. Ensure invoice preparation & submission within the stipulated timeline and as per the company/client requirements.
  6. Regularly follow up for payments; wherever required provide supporting documents to ensure payments are not delayed; update accounts in case of any discrepancies.
  7. Establish team KPI and gauge performance; handle resource allocation, guide and direct team.
