A luxury jewelry retailer is seeking a Female Sales Manager fluent in English and Arabic. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in luxury sales, excellent client relationship management, and the ability to work independently. We offer an attractive salary of AED 15,000 to AED 25,000 per month plus commission based on experience. UAE residents preferred. This role is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to excel in a high-end environment.

Formación

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager for our esteemed clients in the luxury industry. This position specifically focuses on high-end luxury brands in jewelry sales, such as:

  • Bulgari
  • Tiffany & Co.
  • Harry Winston
  • Chopard
  • Graff
  • Piaget
  • David Yurman
  • Boucheron

The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales, establishing strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Source and qualify leads, approach and retain client relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities.
    • Increase market share and maintain leadership through market penetration strategies.
    • Attain lead referrals from existing clients and regularly update information from various sources.
  • Sales Support and Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional sales support and customer service to existing clients as required.
    • Foster and develop contacts to generate additional leads through various channels.
    • Establish new alliances with industry-related companies.
    • Attend trade fairs and develop relevant contacts.
  • Marketing and Competitive Intelligence:
    • Manage and record leads generated via marketing and public relations activities implemented by the company.
    • Stay updated on competitive intelligence, including new product introductions, project overviews, and future developments.
  • Sales Objectives and Reporting:
    • Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
    • Prepare management reports and assist in organizing special networking events when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in luxury, art, hospitality, jewelry, or fashion-related industries.
    • Previous experience working with luxury brands in jewelry sales is essential.
  • Independent Showroom Management:
    • Ability to independently manage the showroom using initiatives as discussed and required.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Skills and Qualities:
    • Keen eye for detail and a strong desire to learn and grow.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good reputation in the local and GCC market.
    • Outgoing and approachable with experience in dealing with customers at all levels.
    • Preference for candidates between the ages of 25 to 40 years.
    • UAE residents will be given preference.
    • Female candidates only.

Education:

  • University graduate or diploma holder from a recognized University/Institute.

Compensation:

An attractive salary package, inclusive of commission, will be offered to the selected candidate.
