Job summary
A prominent investment firm in Dubai is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle. The role includes managing insurance administration, leading offboarding, fostering employee relations, compliance, and payroll support. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of HR experience and proven skills in managing group insurance plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS tools is essential.
