Job summary

A leading hospitality group based in Dubai is looking for an International Sales Manager to drive revenue and develop relationships in luxury markets. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. About the Role

Based in Dubai. As International Sales Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the resort.

Duties & Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Market Development
  • Identify, qualify, and proactively solicit new business opportunities to achieve and exceed resort revenue targets.
  • Target high‑potential accounts, markets, or segments through strategic account saturation and focused sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and economic indicators to effectively position the resort against competitors.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales action plans for key accounts and feeder markets.
  • Maximize revenue through creative packaging, upselling, and value‑added offerings.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients while continuously developing new business from potential customersli>
  • Represent the resort during sales calls, familiarization trips, site inspections, and industry trade shows, maintaining the highest brand standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle to ensure a seamless client experience and long‑term loyalty.
  • Act as a key point of contact for travel trade, corporate accounts, event planners, and high‑end leisure clientele.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Revenue, and Reservations teams to align sales strategy with broader commercial goals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal departments to ensure service excellence from sales to execution.
  • Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including travel partners, DMCs, and tour operators.
Sales Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain and update an accurate and comprehensive client database to track performance, pipeline, and key activities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports as required.
  • Ensure all client records, proposals, and contracts are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, with a strong focus on high‑end leisure travel.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing business from International luxury markets, with established relationships in key source countries such as the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage high‑net‑worth individuals and luxury travel professionals.
  • Comfortable representing the resort at international trade shows, luxury travel forums, and roadshows across Europe.
  • Experience in handling long‑lead leisure bookings, villa reservations, and bespoke itineraries.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Italian) is highly desirable, as well as Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
