Sales & Projects Manager Bath & Wellness ( Gulf Cooperation Council / GCC region)
Main Objectives :
Responsibility for accomplishment of sales and profit targets in the assigned region.
Secure and develop / increase distribution based on the strategies developed for the region, in terms of brand building, assortment, pricing, presence, and marketing.
Main Position Tasks :
- Achievement of all planned sales & profit targets in dealing with our distributors and project clients.
- Development and expansion of the V&B project business in the region (Ensure a professional and consistent project follow-up and build a relationship with key stakeholders – architects, investors, developers, hotel chains).
- Set up customer target and development plans and specific actions and activities for our customers.
- Implement the international sales & marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and build brand image.
Required Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years’ experience in project & channel sales, distributor management, and project/developer development, retail sales management, preferably gained from sanitary or durable consumer products industries.
- Stand for corporate values, high-level business ethics, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong analytical and logical ability; quick learner/thinking, well capable of solving complex sales issues/problems under pressure.
- Active team player with great communication skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the region.
- Excellent spoken & written English is a must. Ideally, a native speaker with fluent Arabic.
