We are currently hiring an Application Specialist to be based in our Dubai office, with willingness to travel throughout the Middle East, particularly to Saudi Arabia, where many of our key current and prospective customers are located.

It offers sophisticated functionality across various departments including Hematology, Biochemistry, Blood Transfusion, Endocrinology, Microbiology, Cytology, Immunology, Histopathology, Serology, Virology, and Toxicology. The Application Specialist will play a lead role in implementing the TrakCare Lab solution. Responsibilities include ensuring the successful deployment of the product by providing application knowledge and delivery services. Key areas include requirements scoping, field design, documentation, change requests, and testing.

The specialist will serve as an expert resource for customers, communicating and prioritizing their requirements to other business areas.

• Excellent communication skills, with experience in conducting customer training workshops and presentations
• Strong consultative skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively
• Experience in direct customer interaction, including with clinicians, and delivering clear messaging
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare, with a good understanding of administrative and/or clinical processes
• Experience in software solution implementation
• Ability to contribute to a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in writing functional documents and business process mapping
• Knowledge of Information Systems
• Proficiency in English
• University degree in Science
• Specialization in Clinical Laboratory

• Experience communicating with stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organizations, including government, public, and private sectors
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Exposure to IT services in a customer-facing environment
• Previous experience as an Application or Configuration Specialist
• Experience in change management
• Good computer skills and experience in software testing
