A leading building materials company in Dubai is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive sales growth and manage market development. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 4–6 years' experience in sales related to building materials, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building relationships with clients, and managing inventory effectively. Competitive compensation is offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Achievement of monthly/annual sales and margin targets.
• Category contribution to total showroom and project revenue.
• Inventory turnover and stock availability of fast-moving SKUs.
• Growth in new client acquisitions and repeat business.
• Execution of promotional campaigns and showroom activations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design.
• 4–6 years’ experience in building materials, décor, joinery, or related sales.
• Strong product knowledge in doors, MDF panels, décor, and flooring systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems for reporting and inventory management.
