We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Forex Industry Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Forex Industry Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of Forex professionals to achieve the company's financial objectives and provide exceptional service to our clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Forex market, strong leadership skills, and a passion for helping clients succeed in the Forex industry.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Forex professionals, including traders, analysts, and customer support representatives.
• Set clear performance goals and expectations for team members, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the Forex market, provide market insights, and guide the team in making informed trading decisions.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute trading strategies that align with the company's financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Ensure that the team adheres to all relevant financial regulations and industry standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.
• Identify training needs within the team and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, trading activities, and key metrics for senior management.

• Proven experience in the Forex industry, including trading and market analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Forex trading platforms and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in FX sales position within a brokerage company.
• Have an existing portfolio of clients.
