Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, USDT on/off-ramping, or OTC trading preferred.
• Must currently be based in Dubai or have access to Dubai-based clients/investors.

About Us

We are a Dubai-based VARA-licensed OTC (over-the-counter) trading desk offering crypto and stablecoin trading for institutional and high net worth clients.

Our platform provides secure, fast USDT on/off‑ramping (AED ⇄ USDT) and regulated OTC services — similar to how a real estate agent facilitates buyer–seller deals, but in digital assets.

The Opportunity

We’re expanding our sales network and seeking commission‑only business developers who can connect clients or investors with our OTC desk. There is no base salary, but commissions are generous, immediate, and unlimited.
