A leading SaaS solutions provider is seeking a Business Development Manager in Dubai to drive sales growth and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, proven B2B sales experience, and strong skills in negotiation and communication. Responsibilities include lead generation, proposal development, and collaborating with technical teams for solution delivery. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic as a plus.

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights.

Job description

As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include :

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets.
  • Promoting and selling Flex SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on DocuSign adoption and integration.
  • Managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Working closely with our technical and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Reporting regularly on pipeline progress, sales activities, and market insights.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, or enterprise software .

Experience managing client relationships and closing high-value deals.

Skills & Competencies
