A leading SaaS solutions provider is seeking a Business Development Manager in Dubai to drive sales growth and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, proven B2B sales experience, and strong skills in negotiation and communication. Responsibilities include lead generation, proposal development, and collaborating with technical teams for solution delivery. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic as a plus.
As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, or enterprise software .
Experience managing client relationships and closing high-value deals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills .
Ability to identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities .
Knowledge of SaaS solutions, digital signature platforms (DocuSign preferred), and CRM tools .
Excellent presentation and proposal development skills .
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Drive sales growth for Flex SaaS solutions , with a focus on DocuSign adoption in UAE and GCC markets.
Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
Collaborate with technical and support teams for seamless solution delivery.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights.
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
Strong understanding of the regional market and potential clients.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
