Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth across multiple properties within the assigned cluster
- Oversee and coordinate sales and marketing efforts for all properties in the cluster, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and individual property goals
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies
- Collaborate with property General Managers and corporate leadership to set and achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention
- Create and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities across the cluster, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels
- Coordinate with revenue management teams to optimize pricing and inventory strategies across all properties
- Represent the cluster at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines across all marketing materials and sales processes
- Collaborate with other departments such as operations, finance, and guest services to enhance overall guest experience and drive customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in hospitality sales and marketing
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on cluster performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
Preferred :
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Experience working with luxury or upscale hotel brands
- Multilingual capabilities, with fluency in English and one or more additional languages
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and social media management
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
- Familiarity with sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives in the hospitality industry
