As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for actively identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

1. Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to showcase our solutions and their benefits.
4. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
5. Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of client interactions, progress, and opportunities.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
7. Market Insight: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position our products and services effectively.
8. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management, including forecasts and market intelligence.

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or relevant industry.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
5. Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian language.
