Job summary
A digital marketing agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to develop and maintain effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and on-page SEO, with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing technical audits, and creating reports to track performance metrics. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

- 3 years of proven experience in SEO roles, preferably in a marketing or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Experience in local SEO and mobile optimization is desirable.

- Develop and maintain SEO strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and optimization.
- Perform technical site audits and collaborate on fixes.

Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends search engine algorithm updates and AI-driven SEO innovations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
3 years of proven experience in SEO roles preferably within a marketing or digital agency.
Strong understanding of on-page off-page and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
Technical knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a strong plus.
Experience in local SEO e-commerce SEO and mobile optimization is desirable.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and project management tools.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
