About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Oversee fleet utilization, maintenance, and optimization to maximize profitability.
3. Develop and execute business strategies to enhance revenue and market share.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
6. Inspire and guide a high-performing team to meet KPIs and uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in the automotive or car rental industry.
