We are looking for a talented B2B Assistant Key Account Manager for our Dubai office. In this role, you will maximize sales revenue for both the MX B2B Division and Samsung Enterprise team by reaching out to and engaging with end-customer accounts across our target vertical markets.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Identify and develop new clients, accounts, and business opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding needs and aligning solutions with business goals.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion across multiple enterprise product categories.
- Act as primary liaison between clients, channel partners, and internal teams for seamless coordination.
- Proactively address and resolve client challenges to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Identify relationship risks and develop mitigation strategies while aligning operational requirements with project needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and maintaining high service standards.
- Foster client satisfaction and loyalty to encourage advocacy, referrals, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic client insights.
- Meet revenue and profitability targets while managing account budgets effectively.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, and support teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain comprehensive client records and provide regular reporting to leadership.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 4–7 years of B2B account management or business development experience
- 2+ years of GCC market experience
- Proactive with strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to effectively engage with all enterprise channel partners (clients, system integrators, distributors, brands)
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus
- Experience in mobility and data capture solutions is a plus.
