You will lead the integration of online and offline media efforts ensuring a seamless customer journey and consistent brand storytelling across platforms. Develop implement manage media strategy & buying across all countries being the trusted advisor for Brand Media holistic planning. Consolidate monitor and report trade marketing initiatives ensuring it aligns with a companys overall business goals.
Whats On Your Plate
Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop a strategic marketing mix and full-funnel channel strategy (ATL digital social influencer experiential) that supports brand and performance goals.
- Define and implement holistic go-to-market plans for brand campaigns across all channels including online offline and emerging media.
Create and maintain a synchronized regional calendar of integrated campaigns in close collaboration with local marketing teams.
- Ensure channel strategies align with business priorities customer insights and local nuances balancing regional consistency with market-specific adaptability.
Cross-Channel Campaign Leadership
- Lead regional media planning and buying across channelsoffline digital and hybridpartnering with media agencies and internal channel leads.
- Ensure a unified approach to brand messaging across media touchpoints enabling a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
- Champion the principles of fewer bigger better by curating impactful campaigns that optimize media efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a cross-functional connectorworking with channel leads brand managers data analysts and local teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
- Partner with regional and local marketing leads to align on upcoming brand plans and recommend data-driven budget allocations to support scalable growth.
- Facilitate regular touchpoints across media and channel stakeholders to foster alignment transparency and shared learnings.
Insights Measurement & Optimization
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance across all channels; consolidate insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and channel innovations to continuously refine strategy and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing campaign learnings across teams encouraging a test-and-learn culture.
Media Partnerships & Innovation
- Manage media pitch and onboarding processes for new partners across digital offline and experiential channels to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Explore and pilot innovative media formats and data-led strategies to enhance reach engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in brand/media planning across both online and offline channels ideally within a fast-paced regional or global environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical mindset with experience using campaign and performance data to guide planning and optimization.
- Passion for brand building customer experience and innovation in media.
- You have worked for a central or regional team in the past so you know the mechanics of coordination and regular multi-country reporting.
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment be able to adapt at all time.
- You ideally have 7 years relevant experience.
- You are analytical have logical thinking and youre a problem solver.
- You are organised and plan ahead.
- You can define assess solve and communicate back to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
