Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation teams on site.
Ensure all HVAC works comply with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor daily work progress and report to project supervisors.
Coordinate with other MEP trades and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain quality control and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Manage tools, equipment, and material usage efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman in the MEP sector (industrial, commercial, or residential projects).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and controls.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations on construction sites.
