What you’ll do

• Client onboarding and mandate coordination
• Daily updates, follow ups, and stakeholder alignment
• Interview scheduling, feedback tracking, offer to joining support
• Maintain ATS records, trackers, and contract onboarding hygiene

• 1 to 4 years in client servicing, recruitment coordination, or account management
• Strong communication, follow through, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working fast in a structured process
