Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Contractual - Remote

We are seeking a Community Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing our relationships with clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our clients' needs and will be able to create and execute strategies to foster a strong and engaged client community.

Roles & Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
• Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Coordinate with social media, production and branding teams to ensure brand consistency
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists

The ideal candidate would have the following background:

• You have 2+ years of marketing experience in media planning, buying or analytics.
• A bachelor s degree in a related field
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.
• Extremely data-focused, advanced Excel skills and strong data visualization skills
• Excellent project management skills and corresponding clear and thorough communication skills - both verbal and written
• You have hands on experience working with other 3rd party ad serving platforms, QA & trafficking processes.
• You have proficiency with multiple analytics and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Tableau).
• You have the willingness to get your hands dirty
