Job summary

A leading distributor of children's products in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full HR function for UAE and regional operations. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role, strong knowledge of UAE labour law, and proven skills in recruitment and employee engagement. This position involves executing HR strategy, managing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies. Competitive compensation is offered.

Job description

The company is leading distributor of premium children’s and baby products across the GCC, representing global brands and servicing major retail and e-commerce channels. As the business continues to scale, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full HR function for our UAE and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with COMPANY’s business growth and multicultural workforce
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across commercial, operations, and support functions
  • Implement and manage performance management, appraisal, and goal-setting frameworks
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and annual salary reviews
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law, visas, WPS, and HR policies
  • Manage HR systems, documentation, reporting, and HR metrics
Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or senior HR role
  • Proven experience in distribution, retail, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environments
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR compliance
  • Hands‑on experience with recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
