Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Landscape Engineer to join the team of a prestigious Royal Palace in Abu this role you will supervise landscape maintenance tasks ensuring the grounds are maintained to the highest standards and working closely with senior supervisors and the landscape team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities including mowing, planting, pruning and irrigation.
• Support the planning and of landscape projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to design specifications.
• Monitor the health and appearance of plants and landscaping features identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Coordinate with landscape team members to ensure proper techniques and safety practices are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report on project progress.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members in landscape maintenance and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project requirements and expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Agronomy or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in landscape maintenance or supervision is a MUST.
• Basic knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, and irrigation systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work.
• Must be locally available in UAE.
