Your Role

As a Senior Foreman, you’ll play a vital role on-site by:

1. Leading daily construction activities for high-end fit-out works.
2. Managing trades and labour teams with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality.
3. Interpreting technical drawings and coordinating with site engineers and chargehands.
4. Ensuring timely completion of tasks, quality inspections, and reporting progress.
5. Coaching and developing your team while solving site-level challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a Foreman in the fit-out industry (luxury sector experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, planning, and time management skills
• Expertise in trades like marble, wood, glazing, and painting
• Ability to read drawings and implement productivity initiatives
• Excellent communication and English language skills
