Job summary

A local interior decoration firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman. We’re hiring a skilled and hands‑on Joinery Foreman.

Experience in interior fit‑out or custom joinery production is a strong advantage.

Employment Type: Full‑time

Key Responsibilities
  • Site & Workshop Coordination – Supervise joinery teams during installation and fabrication activities
  • Coordinate daily work schedules, manpower and material requirements
  • Ensure joinery works are executed according to drawings and specifications
  • Quality Control & Technical Oversight – Inspect workmanship, material quality and installation accuracy, resolve technical issues, ensure compliance with safety procedures and project timelines
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting – Track daily progress, highlight site constraints or delays, coordinate with project managers, QS, and designers, prepare basic reports on production, installation and site status
Candidate Requirements
  • Diploma or technical qualification in Carpentry, Joinery or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in joinery installation or workshop supervision
  • Strong understanding of joinery details, materials and fit‑out procedures
  • Ability to read technical drawings and guide teams accordingly
  • Skilled in managing carpenters, installers and subcontractors
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership skills
  • Site‑ready, with a proactive and hands‑on approach to daily tasks
