Job summary
A luxury landscape design firm in Dubai is looking for an Admin Cum Accountant to oversee financial record-keeping and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar dual role within the UAE, particularly in the construction or service industry. Responsibilities include managing A/P and A/R processes, overseeing payroll, and general office administration. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with proficiency in QuickBooks. Competitive, tax-free salary offered.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Admin/Accounts dual role in the UAE.
- Expert level in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and process A/P and A/R.
- Manage monthly payroll process compliant with WPS.
- Oversee office administration and maintain filing systems.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and employee records management.
